Reproduce, duplicate, cache, store, exploit, or copy material from Allen Safety Online Coaching.  This includes the use of screen shots, manually copy, or use other forms of technology with recording or copying technologies to copy site contents that is the intellectual property of Allen Safety. 

Distribute inappropriate, profane, obscene, defamatory, unlawful, or slanderous material or information 

Utilize the site for the sole purpose of gaining information to create defamatory and damaging statements and claims regarding Allen Safety approaches.  

Conduct any communication on behalf of Allen Safety, to include legal notices, proprietary notifications, software, or other materials where files are loaded, goods and services for any business service, contest, survey, chain letter, or pyramid scheme. 

Threaten, stalk, defame, harass, abuse, or violate legal rights of those on this site, including Allen Safety staff.  

Redistribute content from Allen Safety Online Coaching

Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posted information.  To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Allen Safety shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. Dispute Resolution:

Prior to seeking action against Allen Safety, you agree to submit your complain to Allen Safety Online Coaching via email.  By continuing use of the site you are agreeing that the only remedy that can be awarded by an arbitrator or in a court of law is a full refund of any payments made by you up to the date of cancellation.  No award of consequential damages can be sought by you.  In the event of a dispute with Allen Safety, you agree not to engage in any public or private communications that provide disparaging or defamatory information regarding our company, programs, services, courses, or training.  

This agreement shall be governed by the laws in the state of Florida without regard to any conflicts or provisions.  Parties using the site agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the use of this site will be settled in the State and Federal Courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
